Heart-sore, body-sore -- all to Your glory.
You waste nothing -- including all this.
Take my soreness of heart and make something beautiful.
Take my soreness of body and encourage someone with it, bringing tranquility.
Create gems which have eternal value,
sparkling and laughing like happy children.
Then string them on golden threads of Your making,
refined from my obedience and surrender,
and adorn Your body with them, to Your eternal purpose.

Amazing
This week has been.......amazing. Sunshine, bees and newly turned earth. In my book, it doesn't get much better than that.
The long awaited sunshine has arrived and we are reveling in it.....rosy cheeks and shoulders and knees. What a gift.
And.....the long awaited bees have arrived and we are delighting in watching their comings and goings. What a spectacular birthday gift for Maggie.
And -- red letter day -- the long awaited moment arrived today when I could use the rototiller myself, and I am blessed that God has allowed me the privilege of once again being able to turn the earth and get ready for the miracle of spring planting. Last week I could barely do household chores, and today I worked in the garden in the golden light of afternoon and my back didn't hurt. Unexpected & awesome gift.
He is amazing.
